Squash
- Watch the ball all the time - in squash
we need to react to the ball coming
from any direction, including from the
sides and behind - if you are always
watching the ball (and not, for example,
the front wall) then you will have a better
chance of reacting quickly and being in a
good position to strike your next shot -
good luck!"
Tennis - Think about
being balanced for every
shot you play, including for serves and
shots on the run - a steady / good
balance helps to execute an accurate
shot - look at photo's of all the great
players, including Roger Federer, to see
how well balanced they are at the point
of contact in their shots -
good luck!"
Drumming - Practice
a new exercise or rhythm
slowly at first - try to count and
also to feel the rhythm - repeat it
many times at the same slow tempo,
before gradually increasing speed and
practising at that speed, again many
times, before increasing again -
good luck!

Realise Squash Academies
Every sport in the world, no matter how simple
it appears from the outside, requires some form of strategy
in order to be successful.
Squash is no different.
Realise Tennis Academies
A tennis coach can help you hone the talents
you already have, or show you just where you are going
wrong. They understand the game, and how the human body
best operates to achieve the highest results.
Realise Drumming Academies
I focus mainly on helping drummers to realise
their fullest potential on this
wonderful instrument. So, if you fancy 'unlocking' some
of that 'inner creativity' or simply boosting your playing
confidence, please give me a call!
